OmniVolt is the story of a handful of engineers who refused to accept that world-class IoT could only come from abroad — today a company formally registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

The road wasn't smooth — and that's exactly what makes it ours.
In 2020, we asked a simple question: why should controlling your own home require imported hardware built for someone else's grid? We started tinkering with automation and IoT — a few engineers, a lot of curiosity, and a workbench full of wires.
Our first prototypes failed. Voltages that swing from 180 to 250, unreliable Wi-Fi, boards that didn't fit local fittings — every assumption we borrowed from abroad broke against Pakistani reality. We failed, learned, and rebuilt. Again and again.
Then it clicked. We engineered a dual-core, self-correcting board that thrived on unstable power, fit standard China-board fittings, and could be controlled from anywhere in the world. Pakistan's first ever AI-based smart electric board was real — the OmniVolt Legacy Board.
A board is only as smart as what surrounds it. We built the OmniVolt app to manage entire buildings, added Pakistan's first smart motion sensors, energy monitoring and full scheduling — so a home could run itself.
We pushed further with the Premium Board: Omni LED dimming (a first in Pakistan), offline control, night mode, child-lock, optional USB charging and the life-changing Omni SOS caller — designed for the elderly, hospitals, hotels and mosques.
The workbench became a company. OmniVolt is now formally incorporated and registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan — the same regulator that governs every registered business in the country. For our customers and partners it means exactly what it should: a real, accountable company standing behind every board, with proper documentation, warranty and after-sales support.
What began as a stubborn idea is now a milestone: the one and only IoT automation development company built in Pakistan, for Pakistan. And we're not stopping — now we build custom IoT for other companies too.
